Stanage Edge Millstones

A beautiful winter sunrise at the famous Stanage Edge Millstones. I had originally planned to capture the sunrise overlooking the low cloud that had formed in the valley, but as I had foolishly overslept that morning I didn’t have enough time and so decided on this easily accessible location.

Stanage Edge is probably the most popular hiking and climbing hotspot in the Peak District largely due to it’s close proximity to Sheffield.
