Lathkill Dale Sunrise

One of the finest sunrises I have ever seen taken from Parson’s Tor above Lathkill Dale in the Peak District National Park.

Although the forecast had predicted thick cloud cover I decided to head out to Lathkill Dale anyway in the hopes of catching some pre dawn colour. For once my wish actually came true and I was treated to some amazing pink clouds.
