Female Vigors’s sunbird
Female Vigors’s sunbird otherwise known as the Western Crimson Sunbird. These striking birds are endemic to the Western Ghats of India. Despite the tropical storms during my first visit to Goa there was plenty of wildlife around like this gorgeous sunbird which is similar to the hummingbirds found in the Americas.
