After photographing the sunrise at Kilchurn our route to Skye literally passed through Glencoe, so it would have been foolish not to stop and take in the stunning scenery! This is the iconic view towards Buachaille Etive Mòr, an imposing 1022m high mountain. Here I went for the classic composition using the falls as foreground for the snow capped peak.

Buachaille Etive Mor is an imposing 1022m high Munro (A mountain in Scotland with a height over 3,000 feet). The incredible view of the mountain from the A82 road is one if the best known and loved sights in all of Scotland and it’s no wonder it has become one the most photographed mountains in Scotland.
