Ladybower Reservoir Reflections
Autumn reflections at Ladybower Reservoir. I captured this image using a 10 stop ND filter for a 30 second exposure, helping to smooth out any ripples on the surface of the water.
About Ladybower Reservoir:
Ladybower Reservoir is the lowest of three reservoirs in the Upper Derwent Valley in the Derbyshire Peak District National Park. The Viaduct, part of the A57 route, takes its name from Ashopton, which was a small village in Derbyshire in the early 1940s. The village along with neighbouring Derwent, was submerged to create Ladybower Reservoir as we know it now.
