Gardom’s Edge Sunset

Sunset at Gardom’s Edge, Peak District National Park.

About Gardom’s Edge:

Once an important Bronze age settlement, the area around Gardom’s  Edge is now open access moorland used for grazing sheep. Despite nature gradually retaking the area over the ages, several archaeological features still remain, the best known of which is a cup-and-ring-marked stone.

You can find more about the cup-and-ring marked stone here.
